Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal policy applies exclusively to distance contracts with consumers. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is: - for purchase contracts for goods, fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods; - for partial shipments or deliveries in several pieces, fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last goods, the last partial shipment, or the last piece; - for contracts for services, fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. In the case of goods deliveries, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise expressly agreed in individual cases. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this value loss results from handling the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time when you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not apply – to the extent provided by law – in particular to: - goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly personalized to individual needs; - sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery; - goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature; - services if the service has been fully performed and execution began only after you expressly agreed and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
